Chemlease 15 is a high-performance mold sealer used to condition and seal mold surfaces, reduce porosity, and provide a base for release agents. Public Chemlease documentation describes compatibility with fiberglass, aluminum, steel, and dense tooling surfaces.

Recommended use
Clean the mold thoroughly, apply the sealer as instructed, and allow the specified cure time before the release agent.
Not recommended for
Not a structural adhesive, resin, or standalone release agent where a separate release system is required.
Handling and safety
Use appropriate PPE and good ventilation. Follow the current manufacturer TDS/SDS for handling, storage, mixing, and disposal. Keep containers closed and away from incompatible materials and ignition sources where applicable.
